Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. Bonito apartamento, muy funcional con una estupenda ubicación en el centro histórico de Badalona. Coqueto estudio reformado en un edificio antiguo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en casa y para hacer de tu estancia acogedora y cómoda. El alojamiento dispone de aire acondicionado, con cocina equipada, lavabo con ducha, calefacción y un pequeño balcón. El estudio está ubicado en la segunda planta de una casa construida en el año 1923, muy antigua y no dispone de ascensor; el acceso es mediante escaleras un poco estrechas. Entrada independiente con código digital. El estudio dispone de una cama de 135 muy cómoda, una pequeña cocina con frigorífico, placa de inducción, lavadora, además de vajilla para dos personas. Es importante saber que el alojamiento dispone de check-in y check-out mediante códigos electrónicos por lo que no dispone de servicio de conserjería ni de personal físico en el alojamiento. El sistema de puertas electrónicas te permitirá abrir las puertas mediante un código único, que será válido desde el día de tu llegada hasta el día de salida. No dispone de Recepción/conserjería. Sin personal físico. Te gustará saber que el alojamiento está situado en un barrio muy antiguo de la ciudad con calles peatonales y mucho encanto, el vecindario es tranquilo; sin embargo, advertimos que el campanario de la iglesia está activo y las campanas suenan cada cuarto de hora tanto de día como durante la noche. También hay una escuela al lado abierta durante la semana entre los meses de septiembre a junio. Tasa turística no incluida en el precio del alojamiento (1,75€/persona/noche). Esta tasa se cobra a parte a través de pasarela de pago o transferencia bancaria.

Cuenta con 3 habitac. (capacidad para 5 personas): 2 de ellas con 2 camas individuales c/u, que se puede convertir en una cama matrimonial, 1 habitac. con 1 cama doble, y un sofá-cama para dos personas (EXTRA, ver condiciones). Está totalmente equipado y climatizado. El apartamento queda en un segundo nivel; se tiene que subir unas escaleras. La suite cuenta con un sistema de alarma que se desactiva cuando los huéspedes la están ocupando; solo hay un sensor de movimiento dentro del apartamento y una cámara que hace fotos fuera del apartamento que está dirigida a la puerta que da a la calle.
