It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . There is also a separate private patio area on the ground floor for al-fresco dining together with a BBQ for guests use. There is secure storage for cycles and other equipment on the ground floor.

There is a separate communal building which has 3 showers, 3 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, including fridges for guest use, and dining room to relax in. The patio overlooks the garden.
