The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

Luminoso loft mansardato posto al 7 piano con ascensore. A soli a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Precedentemente atelier di un pittore locale, questo ampio loft è ideale per le coppie. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Riteniamo che soggiornare a La Spezia per visitare le Cinque Terre sia la strada da percorrere per farsi un'idea della Dolce Vita in una città di medie dimensioni. La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.
