House is inside the pool area - not suitable for families with small children or anyone who cannot swim as this house is inside the gate. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

We are set up as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. You have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.
