This building was completed in the summer of 2018. The 2nd floor 1BR apartment is finished with custom-designed modern nordic features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, comfortable and quiet providing a good night sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Kalamaja area. The Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away as well as is the famous Telliskivi creative area. There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the farmers market Baltijaama Turg.

Market place Baltijaama is across the street, but this apartment is in a quiet courtyard. Great burgers and a wine bar literally next door! The apartment has a beautiful views towards the wooden houses of Kalamaja and also to Old Town. Our modern apartment has unobstructed access for people with reduced mobility.
