In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Our Resort is divided into 5 beautiful Villas, with a swimming pool, entertainment area and free parking for guests. Within the Resort of 5000 sq m, the tourists can also enjoy our two hundred years old vineyards and wine tasting at our rustic wine cellar. Villa Lisicina has 25 sq meters, 2 twind beds, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

This is our family old house , renovated to rent, when we are away. Situated in residental part of Bar , near beach Susanj. It has a lovely garden, comfortable living room with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. You can enjoy all of this, but we are using attick above with own entrance, so you have totally private part of house.

Kuca je udaljena od Podgorice 35 minuta, od Virpazara 10 minuta, a Sutomora (prvog grada na moru) 20 minuta. Najblizi market se nalazi u Virpazaru. Gosti imaju na raspolaganje bastu u kojoj gajimo nase domace voce i povrce, a takodje u blizini je rijeka u kojoj se mozete osvjeziti.
