The Brewers Cottage

The Brewers Cottage is a 100 year old fully refurbished woodcutters cottage which has a comfortable contemporary interior with modern finishings. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms with good quality linen and everything you might need. There is a beautiful little, cool, shady green garden and verandah for relaxing. With a great location in the centre of town the accommodation is perfect for those who want access to the Forrest mountain bike trail heads, walking tracks and a cold beer at The Brewery.

A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. Each cabin has majestic views of lush green farmland, rain forest and onto passing ships in the Southern Ocean. While, at the bottom of our garden you'll find the Old Beechy Rail Trail, and a secluded rain forest. By night you view the local glow worms or take in the greatest light show of all, the Milky Way.

Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .

Ride your bike to the trails from your front door, or take a short drive to Lake Elizabeth nearby. Forrest Brewery Company and the General Store are located within a few minutes walk. Lake Elizabeth is a cosy self-contained suite perfect for singles and couples. Please note: breakfast is no longer included.

Fern Cottage - Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage ticks all the boxes in terms of location, comfort and atmosphere - for the ultimate weekend escape in the Otways. The Cottage has it's very own Tesla Charger installed which can be used for all guests in their E-vehicles. In keeping with the energy efficient theme, the Cottage also has solar panels on the roof connected to a Tesla battery pack, it is also connected to main power just in case!
