Hidden away from the bustle of summer tourism you’ll never be short on things to do here -slip on your walking shoes, jump on a bike (10 min to Main Street) or enjoy a walk along the Barwon River at end of the road. Native birds and bush trails abound. It’s your ultimate indulgent escape.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Rivershak, Pet friendly couples beach escape!

Enjoy beach days in this gorgeous little shack, walking distance to the river and everything else Ocean Grove has to offer. Rivershak is the ‘Rose’ amongst the thorns, standing out in its surrounds.Whilst we are in a complex of other shacks, we are the only one completely renovated. Don’t be deterred! Rivershak is is independently owned and so cute. Pet friendly is key here. The rear yard is secure, a beautiful grassy patch and lots of shelter for your fur baby.

Spacious, self contained 2 bedroom house with two secure outdoor garden/dining areas, full size kitchen and open dining and living area. All linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Relax the afternoon away in your cosy lounge or outdoor area with a local wine you have picked up on your adventures. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of your outdoor firepit.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Tennis court available to use. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival and bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Situated on Hitchcock Avenue in the heart of Barwon Heads, Now&Then is Ideal for couples or small families. Just a short stroll down Hitchcock Avenue will bring you to the heart of the village with restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The river and beach also being at your doorstep, just a short walk away. Whilst situated on the main strip it is far enough away from the shopping precinct to provide the relaxation that your holiday requires.

Asmara Retreat - Barwon Heads Surf River & Escape

If you are after a relaxing break in a fab coastal surf town this is it. Separated from the main dwelling Asmara offers privacy comfort & space. Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .

OCEAN GROVE STUDIO FLAT

Cosy self contained studio with private entrance on 1 acre, 3 km from beach and shops. Full kitchen, washing machine, Netflix. Pet friendly with 2 friendly huskies who love to greet guests and play. Private fenced BBQ area for you and your pets plus hot tub on the property. The huskies are all fluff and no fuss, happy to share their patch of paradise with you and your furry friends.
