A cute and comfortable home with lots of charm in a safe, residential area. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Cabin at Big Fish Bend

Enjoy quiet, rustic living just minutes from downtown Perrysburg. Located on the Maumee river. You will see all kinds of wildlife and feel relaxation in the cabin at our river home. The cabin is attached to the main home with separate entrance and separate space. There is an area for sitting outside to enjoy the views or make a fire. Kayaks are available with a 15 minute paddle to a sandbar To get to the cabin you park up top and have to walk down 48 steps.

Minutes from Exit 81 of the Ohio Turnpike. Very cool renovated loft/studio apartment in downtown Elmore (20 minutes from Toledo, 45 minutes from Cedar Point, 30 minutes from Lake Erie Island ferries and 20 minutes from Magee Marsh and Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and 10 minutes from White Star Quarry). One bedroom apartment in historic downtown Elmore, OH close to I-80/90 (Ohio turnpike). High ceilings and large windows. Premium king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Remodeled bathroom in January 2025. Stocked kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Internet access. Located near the North Coast Inland Trail, parks, restaurants and bars. A 20 minute drive to the Lake Erie Islands and Downtown Toledo.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!
