Es un apartamento de reciente construcción, accesible a personas con movilidad reducida. Consta de una cocina salón con 2 amplias habitaciones una de ellas con baño incorporado. Está formado por una cocina americana, un dormitorio en suite con cama matrimonial y baño, un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Así como un segundo baño común para el resto de la vivienda. La cocina está totalmente equipada (lavadora-secadora, horno microondas, frigorífico, tostadora, exprimidor de zumo, batidora, hervidor y cafetera con menaje incluido). Dispone de edredón y almohadas adicionales en el armario, toallas, gel, champú y secador de pelo.
