Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

Welcome to AGUA VISTA. A new, ocean front home with panoramic views between the ocean and the Alsea Bay featuring the Alsea Bay Bridge. This home offers plenty of space inside and out. Walk out the door and onto the sand to miles of beach. Walk to the south and you will end up on the shore of the bay. Breath taking views out every window. This home is good for couples, families (with kids) and big groups. Two large decks on each side of the home to watch the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets.
