Drive up the gravel lane way and escape to this loft. Hidden, one storey up above our storage garage. It’s just a two minute drive from the village of Bear River, or a five minute hike if you’re up to the steep hill. Sip cocktails or your morning Java on the ground floor deck. Early mornings as well as just before sundown can bring sightings of white tailed deer, pheasants and the humming birds are plenty. This retreat space is a fully and tastefully appointed modern oasis in a country setting.

The Beach House

No cleaning fees. The Beach House is less than 15 min. from Digby & The Pines Golf Course. It is the perfect base for your whale watching trip, exploring Annapolis, Kejimkujik, Bear River or Digby Neck, but make sure you leave time to relax on the deck. Watch the fishing boats come and go, you may even see whales. Comb our rocky, cobblestone shoreline for sea glass or that special rock. Swim our cold, clear water if you dare! Digby is a fishing port so there is always lots to see there too.

Tall Pine Cove is a waterfront cottage on beautiful Grand Lake, Nova Scotia. Built in 2019, the cottage features a private beach and is perfect for swimming, fishing, exploring, and relaxing. Located on a private road, you’ll be sure to find peace and quiet here. Spring and fall are incredible times in the woods, with native flora, fauna and mushrooms along the quiet driveway. End your days by the propane fire pit and relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake taking in the dark sky preserve.

In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Greet the evenings with a cozy woodstove, sunset with drinks on the deck, moonrise with a dip in the hottub & mornings with fresh espresso. Holiday House

Hello and welcome to the holiday house at Hummingbird Hill! Conveniently located between exits 21 and 22 off the 101 hwy, we are the ideal location for travelers looking to cross on the Digby ferry. This single level house has all the necessary amenities and is accessible to all. Our large property boasts gardens, fire pits, and yard games. The Rosette forestry trail is also open to all visitors of humming bird hill. We hope you will join us in our little piece of paradise.

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a peaceful, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Come experience farm life for yourself and stay at The Owl’s Nest Wilderness Cottage – our private, off grid retreat that boasts open pastures, wildlife and a warm Nova Scotia welcome! Tucked between Bear River, Annapolis Royal, and Kejimkujik National Park, Owl King Orchard is a 70 acre farm dotted with highland cattle, sheep, goats and winding forest trails. If you’re coming to unwind or to explore the local area, there is plenty of fun to be had all year ‘round.

Located in beautiful Sandy Cove, your apartment in located on the lower floor of a log home overlooking St. Mary's Bay. Once you enter through your private entrance, you'll be greeted by 750 square feet of living area which includes your bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette and living room.
