Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Hillside Haven

A great place to take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Whether a stop off from the nearby Great Taste Trail or part of a road trip or holiday getaway, you will enjoy the views and peace of your visit here. The downstairs part of our home is self contained with a separate entrance and is available for your exclusive use and enjoyment. If requested, a cooked dinner or breakfast or packed lunches can also be provided as well as advice and support for local sights and activities.

Wai-iti River Retreat

Escape to the Wai-Iti River Retreat, just 3 minutes drive south of Wakefield and 30 minutes drive from Nelson, in the picturesque Tasman. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Note: there are no cooking facilities other than the microwave and toaster.
