Welcome to the beautiful Lakes Region of Laconia where you are surrounded by family friendly activities such as boating, jet skiing ,hiking, a skate park, a playground within walking distance, many more! We have the amazing Gunstock mountain for all kinds of summer activities as well as skiing and tubing and biggest arcade around along with delicious seafood and other restaurants. We have put our creativity in renovating the house to make it as cozy and homey as if you were at your own.

PRIVATE French Door entrance & Deck. PRIVATE Bath & Bedroom small breakfast area. AC for the hot nights. Walking trails hikes small towns and lakes near by. We are not on the lake but town beach close by. This is a small separate private guest area in our home with your own entrance. Our 11th year as hosts and love what we do. We have always taken great pride in our cleaning and making sure you have everything you need. 2 night minimum stay. Must be 21 or older. No pets.

Buddy's Bed & Breakfast-Queen Room

Private room in our traditional b&b. You have a comfy queen size bed, WiFi, 50” tv and large French door closet with lots of storage. This guest room is set up to accommodate a maximum of two people. Just like our other guest room, this room comes with a hot made to order breakfast in the morning at the time of your choosing- between 7 and 10 am.
