The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. The Old Wesleyan Chapel

The Old Wesleyan Chapel (1836) is a charming Heritage Building (National Trust) that offers studio accommodation with character and history. We are situated in the heart of one of Australia's finest colonial villages, Evandale. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
