Located in the heart of Bowral, this charming 2-bedroom home is perfectly positioned within walking distance to the town centre, local cafes and shopping as well as renowned Bradman Oval. Offering a timeless contemporary feel, the space features a relaxing living area with accompanying fireplace, modern kitchen, sun soaked deck, 2 bathrooms and spacious dining area. The home is surrounded by a beautiful, mature and private garden and is a short distance walk to the town's Cherry Tree walk.

It's quirky yet very comfortable. With nature & wildlife all around we want you to feel like you're 1000 miles from anywhere.

Studio 12

Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The Snug is perfectly located within walking distance to the historic village of Berrima giving you great dining options, local wineries, the oldest licensed country pub, antiques, arts, cafes and shops.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are bringing a dog, please include it in your booking and read 'Other details to note' about what dogs we welcome.
