It is 2 acres of non-commercial mango orchard surrounded by hills, forest, occasional snow peak mountains with the natural ecosystem, sounds of birds and silence of nature, clear sky with pure air, and a seasonal stream on the east side.

It is a west side facing ground floor unit with one big room. There is one kitchen and one bathroom. Surrounded by hills , a seasonal river on the west and a canal on the east side. The location is also known as Do Naali as it is a confluence of 2 canals. There is a continuous sound of water flowing which is very soothing. A small dam exists close by. The farm has a cow and fresh milk can be tasted free of cost. Honey bee keeping is also done. This is besides regular farming of famous Dehradun basmati rice , wheat and vegetables. Short treks can also be arranged.
