Riverside Hobbit House Bhimtal

We have loved creating this space - with some elements which only make sense in dreams - after all... ZNMD ! It's a bit filmy (read LOTR inspired elements), a little rough around the edges (aren't we all) and perpetually a work in progress 😊 10mins from Bhimtal - two AC bedrooms with lofts, comfortable living space, kitchenette, large sit out space and the beauty of nature all around! And yes - very poor cell coverage. The sound of the stream is a constant companion and deer sometimes visit !

With gorgeous mountain views, large outdoors, birdwatching, hikes, and modern amenities, this place is for tranquility and slowness. You must walk 10 minutes to get here. There is a climb back. Read by large bay windows, cozy up by the bukharis, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, stargaze. We are secluded, and you will experience the wilderness. A 10min walk down from the road or a 3 minute trek, you need to be mildly adventurous and fit to get here. Shops are a 2minute drive or 15minute walk.

We have a caretaker to clean for you and guide you. You are welcome to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We can arrange a cook and groceries should you desire that option. BBC is a unique A-frame cottage just a short walk from the Bhimtal Lake. One can relax on the very large open terrace or verandah, listening to the early morning bird songs. The large estate grounds are good for small strolls with viewpoints. Additional 6 guests can be accomodated in the Annexe Nestlair at 30 mtr distance within premises, please ping for the same.
