Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Newly converted in 2021, located on the edge of Westleigh Village, perfectly situated in North Devon. The open-plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa or cooking up a feast. Perfectly located on the Tarka trail for cycling or walkin and within easy reach of great surf beaches, not to mention the beautiful Instow which is perfect for estuary walks and eating out.
