Please read through our house rules before requesting to book. Our house is not suited for prom, bachelor, bachelorette, or any other type of parties. Our cozy mountain retreat is located in the Estates, a short walk to the lake but far enough from the main road to provide a quiet woodsy experience. Wake up in the A-Frame Chalet to view trees and sky, jump in the lake, play tennis on the nearby courts, drive a short distance to ski slopes or unwind at the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Wake to Big Boulder Lake in a Scandinavian-style 3-bedroom condo for up to 9 guests. Two king bedrooms and a family bunk-and-sofa room make it ideal for families and small groups. Enjoy a private lake-view deck, propane grill, indoor fireplace, stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, workspace, smart TV, laundry, jetted soaking tub and garage parking. Seasonal Boulder Lake Club access for four covers the pool, beach and kayak rentals; registration and added club fees may apply.
