Set in the picture-perfect Hampshire village full of thatched cottages and surrounded by gorgeous walks it is the perfect country retreat!

Secluded country cottage surrounded by private paddocks in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Patio and hot tub overlook beautiful countryside and our Hampshire Down Sheep. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.

Hawthorn Barn

Hawthorn Barn has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating for the limestone floor and the advantage of a wood burning stove to ensure complete comfort during your visit. Please bring your own kiln dried logs. The Barn is completely separate from the house affording a high degree of privacy. Please note that we are unable to accept children under 16 yrs old. Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!
