Edificio ad uso esclusivo ristrutturato di recente, diviso su 4 livelli. Al piano terra abbiamo una cucina completa, un camino (solo decorativo) e un bagno. Nel seminterrato un ambiente (no finestre) con letto matrimoniale, un piccolo divano e un bagno completo. Al 1° piano abbiamo un ambiente con cucina, una stufa a legna (solo decorativa), un divano letto per 2 persone, balcone e bagno completo. Infine in terrazza abbiamo arredi da esterno sotto un gazebo e un grill in muratura.

La villa è immersa nel verde, esternamente trovate una stupenda piscina divisa in due zone 45 mq di acqua salata a temperatura naturale sempre aperta. La zona relax 20 mq con idromassaggi è coperta da tapparella elettronica è riscaldata tutto l'anno.
