Sunny Beach Holiday Home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and can host a maximum of 5 guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. A foldable bed can be set up in one of the bedrooms if required. Please let us know when making your booking. The home features a comfortable lounge area with sofas, a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth sound bar, as well as an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a BBQ on the deck for guests to enjoy. We provide milk, tea bags, and instant coffee. If you prefer to make your own coffee, a coffee machine is available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. For families and groups, we also offer a Wii gaming console and a selection of children’s toys for everyone to enjoy together. A work desk is available in the corner of the living area if you need to catch up on work during your stay. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Friendly Reminder: From time to time, you may notice small wildlife animals around the outside of the property. This is a normal part of the local environment, and we appreciate your understanding.

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

You'll be captivated by the stunning views from the moment you enter this renovated mid-century family beach house. The self contained modern studio apartment, is attached to our home and has two separate entrances and it's own parking bay. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings.
