We offer a peaceful location and thoughtful detail, creating a memorable getaway for a relaxing weekend or remote work location. Enjoy a day on the river with our paddle board or 2 kayaks, and end the day around the firepit. In cool weather, cozy up next to the fireplace. Also, visit nearby towns--St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown.

Sleeps 4 with king bed and pull‑out couch. Workspace, fast WiFi, kitchenette (no cooking), private laundry. Safe neighborhood, off‑street parking, well‑lit walkways. We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Experience a lesser-known area of the Delmarva Peninsula. Relax on a quiet stretch of Gravelly Creek, a tributary of the beautiful Nanticoke River. Explore the scenic ecosystem in a kayak or canoe. Retire to the basement for ping-pong or a movie night and get a workout in the home gym in the morning. And only a 45 minute drive to the beach!

The 1934 Farmhouse (close to the beaches)

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Close to everything (Sports at the beach) just minutes away. The beaches Lewes, Rehoboth and Ocean City all within 30-40 minute drives. Thank you for booking.

In the heart of downtown Milton, you will find a newly renovated guest cottage less than 10 miles to the beach! If you plan on staying local, simply park your car at the designated off-street parking space and travel by foot to the many shops, restaurants, and attractions offered in historic Milton. Whether you're walking the few short blocks to Dogfish Head Brewery or spending an evening at the theater, The Book Nook will serve as the perfect location!
