Stepping out the front door, you are within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops, Philomath Schools, churches, the local library, museum and much more! Less than 10 minutes to Oregon State University and Reser Stadium. Under an hour to Marys Peak and the Oregon coast!

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood of NW Corvallis close to campus. The large guest suite has its own private entrance, mudroom/office, bedroom with king bed, living room with couch/Tv, kitchenette, and bathroom. The entire 700 square foot space has been remodeled with modern updates. You’ll enjoy a comfortable memory foam mattress, custom tile shower, hotel quality bedding and towels, August smart lock entry, fast internet, TV with Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV (and more!)

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Quiet Neighborhood Cozy Studio

Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

The Wayfinder

Step into a timeless retreat and prepare to be in awe of the great pacific ocean. Watch eagle soar, whales pass by, seals swim, waves form and break, sunsets, and if you're lucky watch the commercial crabbing vessels brave the open waters. The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
