We offer a shelter, extra showers, grill, griddle, rustic outdoor showers, fire pit area in wooded lot on the water, kayak rentals, etc. We have houseboats, campers and a tiny house for rent at this beautiful marina. We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

This is 1 of our 12 rentals on this property at this small marina including houseboat boatels, tiny house and campers. We have a shelter house with a gas grill, gas griddle and supplies. We offer 2 extra bathrooms and 2 rustic outdoor showers in our common area shelter. We have a fire pit, 3 kayaks for rent and charted pontoon boat rides.

Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
