1 dog up to 25 kg is allowed. Villa Avellana, near Svetvinčenat, a modern villa for up to 7 guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: king-size, queen-size and one single room, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and all rooms have mosquito screens. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A game room offers billiards, table football and darts. Outside there is a pool, sun loungers, a dining area with gas BBQ and EV charging parking.
