Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

We are close to public transport (8km to CBD, 5min walk to train station/buses, approx $25/taxi) and parks. Perfect for families (cot on request), couples and solo adventurers. I have a wheelchair friendly fully self contained ground floor of house with kitchen, bathroom and an easily accessible day bed. Room for up to 6guests (max 4adults) 1xqueen bed and extra mattresses available on request. Private front door entrance with security screen. Ramp access at the back door.

This studio has lovely natural light. It’s spacious, but still cosy. It’s new and modern and very comfortable to stay in. It has additional convenience of wifi and Netflix, air conditioning an espresso machine and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. The studio is on an acre property with a swimming pool and gardens. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

Coming to Manly or Wynnum area for business, pleasure or family reasons? this unit is in a great position to enjoy your time here. Situated in Manly, 5 mins walk to water, restaurants and train station. Also very handy for sporting activities at Chandler. Quite position, own private space to relax, TV, lounge, great kitchen and all linen and towels. Close to Gateway Motorway and Port. And of course the lovely foreshore to be enjoyed!

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to a bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City. Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
