Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

WELCOME to the Bearcat Bungalow; the perfect place to get away after a day at Blue Mountain Lake or a hike on Mt. Magazine. This cute and charming little house is only about 13 miles from Blue Mountain Lake, and 10 miles from Mt. Magazine and the Ouachita National Forest, where there are endless hours, ATV, and hiking trails. For our guests with outside pets, we offer an 8x10 pen for your furry friend! This is perfect for anyone coming to town for the J. Perry Mikles field trials.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Enjoy your visit to Paris staying in this lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located conveniently in town! 4 guests can sleep comfortably in 2 queen beds, and a futon is available in the office with space to sleep one child. The home has a brand new shower installed Jan ‘24, a swing added to the beautiful pecan tree out back, as well as other minor updates.
