Beautiful Villa in central Istria, located in a small village Kašćerga near Pazin is all you need for a perfect vacation in Croatia. It has a large infinity pool, with a shallow entrance for small children, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on the hills in central Istria. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds each. You can enjoy the ourdoor dining area with grill or relax on the sun loungers, surrounded by a cultivated garden and amazing nature.

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.
