We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

Lambton Shores Historic Charmer!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located just 5 minutes to Port Franks Sandhill, 10 minutes to Ipperwash Beach, 12 Minutes to the Pinery, 15 minutes to Grand Bend and 10 Minutes to Rock Glen Falls. Located in idyllic downtown Thedford across from the village square and splash pad. Two 18 hole golf courses and two wineries just 5 minutes away. Many restaurants and antique stores right in town. Please note: 3 night minimum May 24-Sept 21 weekends

The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

A unique private cabin experience. Away from the noise of the busy city, a remote path leading to a lone cabin resting in a peaceful spot in the woods. Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. Enjoy a great summer or winter holiday! Restaurants, boutiques, vintage shops, ice cream, golf !!!

If you just want to stay in, the cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. This cottage can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults and 4 children.
