We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Need a hot drink, we offer a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, kettle, tea, sugar and sweetener.

We are a short 15 minute drive to Grand Bend Beach or you can enjoy our river frontage, ponds, and 4 kms of trails in the Carolinian forest.

Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. S.A.M.Y.'s Alpaca Farm & Fibre Studio

Alpaca Farm Experience. The bunkie is quiet, has room for 4 ppl, is heated in the winter, and has AC in the summer. We are an active alpaca farm with over 40 alpacas. Our guests can help us take care of them (feed and water alpacas) and take alpacas for a walk in the evening at no extra cost There is a big fire pit for a bonfire and lots of space to sit around and watch the stars at night. Firewood is provided.
