A few steps from the garden gate is the large, enclosed guest paddock with sea view. The paddock has benches, picnic tables, a brick BBQ, dog agility equipment and croquet set available for use.

Carpenters Cottage is a peaceful, and comfortable hideaway between Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the sea and is particularly good for walkers. There is off road parking for one car and lovely walks straight from the cottage to the South West Coast Path. There are plenty of places to eat locally. The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven.
