You will enjoy a beautiful deck with amazing view to the water, perfect for morning coffee or late-night talks with family and friends. Our house is a perfect blend between modern upgrades and charm from the 1900s that makes it a stay to remember. It has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, equipped with everything you might need. This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay, making your stay easy and safe.

Enjoy Fall Foliage, swimming, fishing, and some of the best Kayaking from this perfect setting. Minutes from the Guilford train station, restaurants, shopping, and historic town green. The property is just 15 minutes from New Haven, and the Yale campus. The Thimble Island cruise, and the Ct. river steam train/cruise are nearby as well.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
