Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Our cozy one-bedroom suite, located in the heart of Merritt Island, features a comfortable bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven—perfect for light meals or snacks. Situated just minutes from delicious dining options and vibrant local bars, this suite is a fantastic base to explore all that Brevard has to offer. Only a 10-minute drive to Port Canaveral, it’s an ideal spot for cruise travelers looking for a pre- or post-voyage retreat!

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.
