This home is 1 hour (57 miles) from the main (south) entrance to Zion and 20 minutes (18 miles) from the north entrance to Zion. Some rental platforms auto list "30 minutes from Zion" as a highlighted feature. Additional Info: - This single-story home requires 3 steps for entry. - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera 3 is at the bottom of the driveway facing the basement/garage doors. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. - Pets are not allowed; however, individuals with allergies should be aware that the owners do have a cat when they stay in the home. - No commercial business may be operated from the property (including but not limited to photo shoots, sales parties, promotional gatherings, etc). - Occasionally, the homeowners or maintenance staff will need to access and be inside the property’s basement/garage. Rest assured, this area has a separate entrance with separate parking, all virtually out of view. A locked door separates this basement level from the house above. - As the property has not been childproofed, guests are encouraged to take extra care if your party includes children. - While the gas grill (Blackstone griddle) is provided for guests use, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank as needed.
