Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot. The full kitchen with oversized counter is great for eating; comfy living room for relaxing and an office nook for working.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

My Codman Hill neighborhood is a premium area and represents the best of suburbia in the city. The neighborhood hosts primarily single family homes with double and triple deckers but the huge Victorian houses dating back to the 1700 and 1800's are within this community.
