It's the perfect place for fishermen, hunters and those who just want to get away to write and absorb nature. There is a boat ramp within 5 min and the Bainbridge boat basin is 20 min away. Available for hire are fishing and hunting guides.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. If you’re looking for a little Zen look no further than the Reel Time on the Flint River houseboat. It has everything you need for some peace and relaxation, bring a book or your fishing pole and forget about everything else for a while. There’s even a daybed on the back porch for an afternoon siesta, and the Wi-Fi has been updated to high-speed Internet.
