Situated in a quiet cul de sac close to high street with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.On a direct bus route to Bristol city center. Buses run every 5 minutes and take roughly 15 minutes (depending on traffic).Near to Lawrence Hill train station and Bristol to bath cycle path .Private entrance and key safe access.

Access to major Businesses - quiet and clean.

Own accomadation, no sharing. WIFI and parking. The entrance can be accessed via walking down a garden path on the side of the house. There is garden furniture for your use. The entrance is the first door on your right. Once you enter, you have a kitchenette (tea, coffee, fridge, M/W etc ). Bathroom: sink , toilet and shower. Dining room is also on this floor. The stairs leads up to the bedroom. There is plenty of storage to stow away your items. No pets. No Smoking.

Sitting in a small village short drive away from beautiful Clifton Village/ Ashton Court/ Bristol city through a treelined street. The property is located in a quiet residential village. You can easily park anywhere on street. Guest room has its private entrance via coded key pad.A comfortable small double bed, large walk-in shower (800mm x 1400mm) and open tea/coffee counter with kettle, microwave and mini fridge. Garment steamer is also available on request.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Lovely, sunny, double room

A relatively large, double room in the annexe of our family home, just off the famous Gloucester Road. A lovely, large garden just outside the window and your own private entrance. The room is at the back of the house and guests regularly tell us how wonderfully quiet it is. Excellent transport links and close to the city centre, there is also a folding table to work or eat at or simply fold away.

Worrall Suite - Hopewell

Spacious and bright private accommodation with its own entrance and private bathroom, set in the lower ground floor of a family house in Clifton. Located just off Whiteladies Road in a quiet residential street, the accommodation is ideally placed close to a multitude of excellent local restaurants and shops, and a short walk from Bristol Zoo, Clifton Village and the city centre.
