Ideally located between the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames, home to the renowned Dorchester Abbey, and the picturesque Clifton Hampden, famously described in Three Men in a Boat as “wonderfully pretty, old-fashioned, peaceful, and dainty with flowers.”

Stay in a unique former granary to a watermill.

The granary has been lovingly converted into industrial-designed accommodation set over three floors. The owners, who live next door, have spent time restoring the original features (some dating to the 1600s) including exposed brickwork and beams throughout. They have finished off the interior design with rustic industrial finishes, mid century furniture, Ercol pieces and handmade lampshades from a local potter.
