This adorable cottage is a newer build Downtown. Featuring an open concept living room connected to a full size kitchen. Overlooking this space you will find a cozy loft w/ a comfy king mattress. Further into the space you’ll find a washer & dryer then the bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Finally you’ll have plenty of space to unpack in the bedroom before drifting off in the inviting queen bed. Enjoy mountain view’s from the entire cottage, deck, or anywhere in the beautifully landscaped yard.

My ideal guests are couples or solo travelers with excellent reviews. This is Not a guesthouse, there are No owners living upstairs or downstairs and you don't have to enter through an alley. This is a quirky, small house with a throwback feel. This cozy and private place is 127 years old; it's on a wide and quiet street lined with trees. It's in a great location 5 min. from downtown, 3 min. from Old Colorado City, and 6 min. from Manitou. * No children please as the house is not childproof *

The Love Shack is a private, 225 sf studio cottage a block from downtown Manitou. Perfect for hikers, runners, writers, naturalists, & art lovers.
