It'll feel very cosy here at night with the lamps lit, the wood fire and the large bed with feather pillows and wool blankets. The loo and bathroom are down 4 steps, please note no dividing door. Abertay University is 15 min away and Dundee University is 25 min, but there are plenty of buses you can get which are a minute away from the flat.
