The Bunkhouse @ Stone Gate Farm & Sculpture Park

This Bunky is a separate mini-house on our farm with a view of the fields, pasture, & duck pond. Enjoy the 1 km tour of the sculpture park, the 5 km of trails, or the shared pool and year round hot tub. The Bunhkouse has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and open concept living room/kitchen. It sleeps two comfortably and can fit 2 extra guests on the fold down living room futon. There’s free Wi-Fi and 24" Smart TV. Escape life's bustle & retreat to this 4-season cabin, which sits on an 80 acre farm overlooking a tranquil pond. Cozy up inside by the wood stove, play some of the many games provided, or kick your feet up & catch up on your favourite shows as satellite & wifi are accessible. Get outdoors to wonder the fields and go for long forest walks along the many trails, or sit around the fire pit roasting hot dogs and marshmallows! Make sure to keep an eye though, as you're bound to see some wildlife!

Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our stylish and cozy little nook right in the hub of our friendly little town. Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Please inquire if more info is needed!!

Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.
