The most comfortable and convenient space in Bryan/College Station. Aspen is located near the Hilton Hotel, just blocks from restaurants and shopping on University Drive. The townhouse community is quiet, with dedicated parking and a swimming pool for those hot summers. Each bedroom has a King Bed, huge TVs and one even has a balcony for sipping the morning coffee. You’ll be located 2 miles (4 minutes) from the Texas A&M campus and centrally located to all points in Bryan/College Station.

Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside.
