Private Suite on a second story of a house, with double size bed. Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

Imagine yourself having coffee on the back deck facing the golf course right before you head out for your morning round of golf or head off to the beach or a day of boating. As the day comes to an end have some beverages on the deck watching the golfers go by while making your favorite meal on the gas BBQ or pellet smoker. You can spend the evening around the firepit reminiscing the days events while roasting marshmallows over an open fire.

Ituna Small Stop

Our home may be small but enjoy a short or long stay. It has all the amenities you may require. We are 1.5hr from Regina, Fort Qu’ Appelle 40 minutes, Melville 35 minutes, Yorkton 50 minutes. The main floor bedroom is small but has a single bed. Upstairs loft has a single bed and queen bed. Large back yard and we are pet friendly as well! Ituna is home the rail line so you will hear trains as they pass!

whether your coming up north to hunt or visit friends this house will be the perfect peaceful retreat. tucked on the size large yard you may find a set of little friendly goats and a couple overly friendly cows. but don’t worry they are well taken care of and if you don’t like animals they will keep to themselves and not bother you.
