An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

V. 11/2013, dovrete versare al locatore una tassa di soggiorno di 4 euro per giorno per persona (bambini sotto i 10 anni esenti e dai 10 a 16 anni ridotta del 50%), per un periodo massimo di 5 pernottamenti per persona (per soggiorno continuativo) ed OBBLIGATORIAMENTE al momento del check-in in contanti.
