The most popular word to describe my house is COZY. It is a single wooden house with a unique decoration style. There is a tennis court and a park in front of the house. It takes 7 minutes driving from my house to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, attractions, gas stations, hospitals within 0.8 miles far away. A bus terminal is nearby too, only 10-minutes walk to get there. It's really convenient to stay here for vacation.

This is a brand new remodeled home, one half of a duplex. Bright with fresh colors to make you feel right at home in our neighborhood in Burien. We are located just west of the airport about seven minutes towards Puget sound. We are a nice walk to Seahurst Beach or a short drive.
