After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. The Garden House offers 3 large double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. A private, single storey, self-contained home with secure parking for 3 cars behind electric gates plus rapid EV charging (£20/car/charge). Spacious and light, set up a short, private driveway in the heart of the village. A south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for children.

Stable Lodge, a self contained country retreat.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however complimentary breakfast items are included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

The Old Stables Retreat, Northfield Farm

Quiet, romantic retreat on small family-run working farm w. rare & native breed cattle & sheep. Fascinating place to learn about food & the countryside. Great place to stay & explore one of England's most lovely countryside areas. Farm shop, open for 20 + yrs, sells a wide range of home grown & home butchered meats & local flour, beers, ready meals & pies. Nr. Rutland Water, & Melton Mowbray, of pie fame, Stamford & Leicester. Great pubs abound, as do walks & entertainment of every kind.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

With walks on the farm land and surroundings, local village pubs, cycling along the Grantham canal or in the Vale of Belvoir. Nottingham city 10 miles away, Melton Mowbray 8 miles & Leicester 15 miles. Children are welcome by arrangement. Sorry no pets allowed.

Separate dining area. 1 bedroom with zip link beds, can either be twin or superking. Bathroom with shower. Hallway. Access to washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer on request. Lockable storage for push bikes on request. Outside patio area.

Self-contained Studio annexe in Oakham.

Studio has own entrance at the front of house and access to back garden through the patio doors. Completely self contained . Small kitchen area with sink, a full size fridge, and a washing machine and tumble dryer if needed. There is one double bed in the studio, but also a self inflating single air bed with bedding if required.
