Perched on a gentle incline, the Writer’s Retreat feels private and tucked away among the trees. Just minutes’ drive from beaches and a short stroll to the charming center of Wellfleet. Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

The TBT Carriage House is walking distance to downtown's Historic National park, Whaling Museum, ferry's to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Cuttyhunk islands, Zeiterion theater, antiques, galleries, shops and great restaurants. Property was meticulously restored with historic character and charm. Suite is located on first level with private entrance which includes a living space, bathroom and bedroom. Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Cottage in Fairhaven, perfect for a vacation for a small family, a romantic getaway or a home away from home if you are in the area for business. Enjoy all a vacation has to offer. During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.
