Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

For hill walking, Ben Lawers and 12 munros are within a 6 mile radius. If you like fishing, salmon and trout fishing can be arranged. On request, we offer a three-course dinner.
