Greenshadows - a detached 16th-century two story Scottish cottage fronting River Leny with views of Ben Ledi in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The house has a rich history. Locally called ‘The Pink House’, it was a safe haven during the Jacobite uprising. The author of ‘The Junglebook’ is thought to have resided at Greenshadows for a short period. Of note is William Turner’s painting of Ben Ledi from Kilmahog Bridge (on display at the Tate Gallery) just a few hundred metres away.

Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

We have a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living area with two sofas, a double bedroom and lovely shower room and to the rear is a garage. It makes a cosy and relaxing hub suitable for a short break or longer holiday and is in a peaceful central location only a two minute walk from the towns Main Street with its variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

The Bothan

Relax in this calm, stylish space on the Isle of Kerrera and explore the beautiful and wild landscape. The ideal island getaway for couples or lone adventurers. Abundant wildlife such as otters, sea eagles and beautiful wild flora can be discovered as well as historic sites such as Gylen castle, all the while surrounded by breathtaking views. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.

This luxury glamping pod has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and its own kitchenette, whilst also benefitting from unrivalled views on Ben Ledi. Unlike many glamping experiences, our pods come with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen utensils provided, so that you can focus on enjoying your stay. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The Skipper's Hut, Balquhidder

The Skipper’s Hut is located in the heart of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, in the beautiful Braes of Balquhidder. It sits on a wooded knoll overlooking Loch Voil. In earlier times, the hut was used by the skipper of the estate’s electric launch for trips on special occasions.
